What are your first interpretations with plf 3.0 now that you have purchased the product / working through the modules?…
I didn’t purchase it when it opened, however probably will do so when it re-opens with a updated version, do you know the time frame Jeff had on his time-line, from 2.0 launching – and then 2.1 coming out?

Good questions. So far, I’m slightly disappointed with the modules that have been released (3) simply because they’re not that different from what was taught in PLF 2.3 (the earliest version of PLF that I have – this answers your second question, I guess).
Pre-pre-launch, launch story creation, pre-launch content creation…none of this stuff is new. If you don’t know how to do any this stuff yet, then it’s great stuff. It’s just that I, along with many others, thought that Jeff was going to give us brand new information. He himself said that PLF 3.0 was going to be from the ground up.
So it’s definitely worth it if this is your first taste of PLF. But if you own 2.0 or 2.3 for example, you might not learn too many new things.
On a side note, Jeff might be opening up access to the Product Launch Management training later this year, or maybe in early 2011. It includes a lot of PLF-related stuff.
If I had to guess on a time-line for a release of 3.1…I’d say in another 4-5 months. That’s total speculation of course
